I would like to help you find a very nice apartment here in Shanghai. As I have worked with many expatiates for more than 4 years and understand what people usually like when they want to find a place. Our apartments are in different areas, Huang Pu district or around People's Square area, Jing An district or around JIng An Temple area, Xu Hui district or in French Concession, Chang Ning district or around Zhong Shan Park, Pu Dong district along the metro line 2. Whereever you want to live, we could find the apartments for you. Different person needs different apartments in different areas. We have apartments from 1 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms. The size is from 50 sq.m to 200sq.m. Some villas or house have bigger size. The rent starts from 3000RMB to 2500USD.

Normally, for 1 bedroom apartment, the rent is around 4000RMB, 2 bedrooms is between 4500RMB to 8000RMB. 3 bedrooms starts from 7000RMB.
